My background is building. I started off as a chippy over 30 years ago. I branched out on my own and grew my business quickly; I had many clients return time and time again for me to build their homes. This made me realise I was good at what I did, but that’s because I am passionate about building.
Not only homes…but wealth. I had good building skills with a nice property portfolio myself.
But it wasn’t until I helped my daughter achieve her goal of being able to afford a home on Sydney’s north
shore that I realised I had struck something unique. I could use all my years of experience to help others
achieve their own financial freedom too.

In 2001 I was working for a building company helping them streamline their business when I met Peter Kerr. Peter and I were very similar in our passion for building our own property portfolios. We were both involved in building, plus I had just completed studies to become a mortgage broker.
With a young family I started working in this industry as a 2nd job but soon found great success.

With Peter’s encouragement I branched out setting up my own company, sourcing the best loan for my clients from over 30 different financial institutions. Over a business lunch, Peter asked me to join him in Resipro. This now meant we could collate our combined experience in the building and finance industry to make the holistic property investment company Resipro is today.
